The presentation given as art of the Eco Fortnight by Professor Andrew Quinn on 8th November 2022
This video contains extracts from the Memorial service for Caroline Green held on Saturday July 23rd 2022 - the Eulogies, reading, address and prayers.
The Induction of Rev Dr Abbie Walsh as Rector of St Michael's, Lichfield and St John's, Wall. The video contains the first part of the service up to the Peace, without hymns, but including the readings and sermon (by the Bishop of Lichfield) and the Institution and Induction of the Rector
This is a video of a rather unusual event - an interment of ashes in the old (closed) churchyard at St Michael's on 26/3/22, the first for a number of years. This needed special permission (a “faculty”) from the Registrar of Lichfield Diocese. The ashes of William Henry Bramley, who died in December 2020, were placed in the grave of his aunts Maggie Treadgold (died 1908) and Elizabeth Treadgold (died 1971) together with the ashes of his mother Edith Emma Blundell nee Treadgold and widowed Bramley (died 1989). The family took this video of the interment which may answer the often asked question of what happens during an interment of ashes.
